What is THE WEDDING PopUp Experience?

A group of talented vendors pop up at a unique and sought-after venue for a day and offer 2 or 3 hours time slots throughout the day for couples to get hitched, toast with small bites and celebrate their love story.

All the details are taken care of, from the first look to the cake or donut flavour you choose. This leaves you to enjoy a stress-free yet beautifully styled wedding for an all-inclusive price.

 Because the venue and vendor costs are shared with the other couples who get married on that day, you pay a fraction of what it would cost you, if you decided to do it on your own. Our weddings value

The Wedding PopUp Experience is not only good for your wallet but good for the planet. By sharing your venue, flowers and other bespoke decor items etc, you are reducing waste, allowing for a more sustainable and eco-friendly wedding, which is something we love!

How far in advance do I need to book?

Because spots are limited, we advise you to fill out our booking form with your preferred time and date as soon as you are sure

How do we book our Wedding PopUp Experience spot?

We are so glad and cannot wait to start the process with you!
* First, you fill out our booking form
* We send you a contract within 24-48hours and answer any questions you may have
* We ask for $1,000 non refundable retainer and a signed contract to hold your preferred date and time. Your balance is due 1 month before your date. We are also able to create payment plans for our couples, who would prefer to make 2-3 monthly payments. We send out an online contract that can be signed digitally for an easy booking process. We accept credit card payments online or through e-transfers.  

Please note, your date and time is not secured until your retainer is made and the contract signed. We are not able to hold dates without this. We give you 48 hours to pay the retainer and sign the contract. After that, we open the spot back up to the public.


What are some add-ons available?

Working with your vendors, we have a wide range of add-ons to personalize your day: Additional guests (amount is venue dependent), live ceremony and/or reception music, additional/customized food, signature cocktails, Videography, open bar plus much more. Please let us know at the point of your booking with your desired add-ons, all adds-ons need to be purchased a minimum of 3 weeks before your Wedding PopUp date.



Am I allowed to bring more guests?

We include 25 or 35 guests in your PopUp Experience (children under 4 are not included in this count). You are able to add more guests up to 35 or 50 (venue dependent). Any additional guests over the allocated guest count will be charged on a per-head basis. Please let us know during your booking for an accurate price.


Where will the Wedding PopUp Experience be held?

We have chosen 2 venues for our 2023 Wedding PopUp Experience dates. One fun and unique option and a luxury wedding option. Our goal is to have several different locations. If you have a venue in mind, please feel free to send us a recommendation! We are always interested in collaborating with venues in our beautiful city and surrounding areas.



When should we arrive?

We ask for you and your guests to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your booked Wedding PopUp time-slot, and no LATER than 15 minutes before your ceremony time. This is to ensure we have everything ready for you and each couple getting married on that day.
